We should change our name to the "Splits"

Well another tough split for the Stripes against a Vox Sox team that benefitted from timely hitting. The Sox ran out to an early 9-1 lead in the first game. The Stripes' bats didn't get going until it was too late, finally rallying in the bottom of the last inning to make it closer. Final score: 9-5.

The Second game proved to be a role reversal from the first. The Stripes' bats were hot early with the hi-lite a bomb by Dan Meehan over the right field fence. AZ scare in the bottom of the last inning brought the Sox back to within 2, but their rally fell short and we were victorious by a count of 10-8.

After the game the "cool kids" patronized our sponsor and convinced them to re-up for another season of sponsorship. Thanks to Stars and Stripes. Make sure you eat a lot of food there and save your receipts.

Memorial Day break is upon us, hit the cages if you can so you don't come back hitting like Jeff Morris (just kidding buddy).

See you in 2 weeks.

Congratulations on securing the sponsorship! I was wondering if you guys would ever get around to it. I would have done it for you, but I thought it was important for you guys to make the step. Sean and Dana are great people, so spend lots of money there! I will hold my receipts and pass them to a team representative. What are the details/time limits (if any) on the sponsorship?
